The house is a surf-comfy home with modern low-touch amenities and comfortably sleeps 7 people.

It features a fully-stocked kitchen with two 8-seat dining areas (1 indoor and 1 outdoor). The spacious, open living area is the centerpiece of the house, with 15-foot ceilings, comfortable lounging & game space and a smart TV.

The 3 bedrooms are located off of the living area: Bedrooms 1 & 2 feature queen beds (1 each), while Bedroom 3 features a twin-over-full bunk bed. All bedrooms have new A/C units for comfortable summer nights.

The bathroom and the laundry room are both off the main living area. The laundry features a full-sized washer & dryer.

Finally, the back deck is located right off of the living area, featuring a grill, dining set and an fully-enclosed changing room + outdoor shower. A large, fenced-in backyard with a 15ft x 15ft stone patio and hammock awaits just beyond the deck - the ultimate amenity for Fire Island living.

Head 3 minutes (walk) to the north and you're in downtown Ocean Beach for shopping, dining, outdoor markets & ice cream.
